    🔹 Eligibility for Returns

    • Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged products.

    • Products must be unused, in their original condition, and with all packaging intact.


    🔹 Non-Returnable Items

    • Products that are not defective or damaged.

    • Custom-made, special-order, or clearance items.

    • Furniture that has been used, altered, or assembled after delivery.


    🔹 Return Process

    1. Contact our customer service team.

    2. Provide order details and photos of the defect/damage.

    3. Once approved, our team will arrange inspection and collection.

    4. Depending on the case, a repair or replacement will be provided.


    🔹 Refunds

    • Refunds are not provided.

    • Only repair or replacement is offered for defective items.

    Mode of Cancellation

    • Cancellation is acceptable only within 24 hours of placing an order (online or through a sales agent).

    • After 24 hours, bank charges will be deducted (amount varies).

    • Customized orders are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled.
