Products must be unused, in their original condition, and with all packaging intact.

Products that are not defective or damaged.
Custom-made, special-order, or clearance items.
Furniture that has been used, altered, or assembled after delivery.

Contact our customer service team.
Provide order details and photos of the defect/damage.
Once approved, our team will arrange inspection and collection.
Depending on the case, a repair or replacement will be provided.
🔹 Refunds
Refunds are not provided.
Only repair or replacement is offered for defective items.

Mode of Cancellation
Cancellation is acceptable only within 24 hours of placing an order (online or through a sales agent).
After 24 hours, bank charges will be deducted (amount varies).
Customized orders are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled.
